Is your mask safe?  Conventional masks only filter a small portion of bacteria. Cashido’s patented technology not only filters 99% of bacteria but KILLS bacteria before it even enters your body.  Cashido’s Nano Masks are five layers thick, including an invisible layer of PhotoCatalyst bacteria killing power sprayed on the front.  This layered design also helps keep liquids such as blood from penetrating the mask.

The PhotoCatalyst used in this mask is supplied by Ishihara, the largest PhotoCatalyst manufacturer in Japan. Their average diameter is 7 Nano and has strong oxidation and sterilization properties. The PhotoCatalyst used in the Nano Mask is professionally sprayed and processed with ISO9001 quality assurance. PhotoCatalyst is an agent, so it's amount does not increase or decrease during oxidation. The Nano Mask's oxidation and sterilization properties will not change as long as the Nano Mask is not repeatedly torn and tampered with.

The mask materials are manufactured by GC Corporation, the largest dental equipment supplier in Japan. Materials are in compliance with ISO requirements and are insured bacteria free. (The CG branding can be seen on the upper right corner of the mask).

Drugstore masks are meant to be used once, until they become covered in bacteria and must be disposed of.  How many masks do you throw away in a year?  Due to the PhotoCatalyst bacteria killing layer of Cashido’s Nano Masks, they may be reused as often as necessary.  Furthermore, the surface of the Nano Mask is treated to prevent dust buildup.

Cashido’s innovative cup design and two bridge structure ensures maximum comfort for all-day wear.  Its unique over-the-mouth bridge helps keep the mask off of your mouth, allowing you to speak and breathe easily as well as helping to keep the mask clean and free of lipstick.  The ear straps are designed from soft woolen rubber that won’t hurt your ears after long-term wear.  Expandable pleats allow the mask to cover a larger area, from the nose to well below the chin.  Nano Masks are available in two sizes, standard and compact, and in three colors. 

Cashido’s Nano Masks are ISO and CG compliant.  The PhotoCatalyst used in these masks is certified bacteria-free and ISO 9001 compliant. 

The Nano Mask is sprayed with 7nm TiO2 PhotoCatalysts. With an area of 9.5 x 17.5 CM, the surface of the mask is covered with over 13 billion (132 x 107) TiO2 PhotoCatalysts. On receiving light, more than 13 billon anions and OH- free radicals, decompose organic materials encountered, including the SARS virus in the air we breathe. The size of the SARS virus is between 60-100 nano and on contact with the PhotoCatalysts on the mask, between 60-900 anions and OH- free radicals immediately begin decomposing the viruses, effectively stopping the virus before entering our bodies. The strong oxidation properties of the PhotoCatalysts stops bacteria growth, deodorizes and filters the air that we breathe in. The polypropylene material catches 99.8% of the bacteria, forming a double shield in sterilization.

Usage: 

1. With the GC branding on the top right corner facing outwards, and the nose string facing up, bend the upper nose bridge string to make it fit the shape of the nose. 
2. Pull back the elastic straps on the mask and put them on the ears. Adjust the mask so that the bottom part fits with the jaws properly. 
3. Pull the bottom part sideways and adjust the nose bridge plates so that it rests comfortably on the nose bridge and ensures that the mask sits properly on the face. 
4. In the central part of the mask, there is a horizontal support wire which makes for good air circulation and also avoids touching lipstick.. 
5. The Nano Mask is disposable and should not be washed in water. The PhotoCatalysts will enable the masks to re-generate bacteria-killing power when in contact with light, allowing the mask to be used repeatedly. 
6. When the Nano Mask is not in use, we recommend placing it in sunlight or indoor lighting with the GC branding facing the light. This way the PhotoCatalysts can regenerate their sterilization properties.
