System Overview
1.    Micro Bubbles
All the benefits of a home-use Micro Bubble system on an industrial scale. Cashido’s Industrial Sized system can process up to 288 tons of water per day. Seafood is often processed in a large tank of water. In the same way as a bathtub, the Micro Bubble generator can fill this tank with Micro Bubbles. These Micro Bubbles will reach places ordinary scrubbing would miss, to grab dirt and toxins to bring to the surface of the water. These toxins would then be removed with a net. This leaves the food cleaner and bacteria-free. Circulation and injection models available.
2.    Ozone
Ozone is produced at 6 g per hour and pumped into the water with the Micro Bubbles. Ozone will kill bacteria in the water and on the surface of what it touches. In this way the toxins Micro Bubbles bring to the top are bacteria-free. This also leaves water sterilized.
3.       HMI
A Human-Machine Interface (HMI) touch screen panel is used to start and stop the machine, monitor operating conditions and notify the user of problems. Users no longer have to use manual controls that are often hard to use and inaccurate. The electronic controls ensure optimum quality and quantity of Micro Bubble production.
 
How it Works
1.     System is turned on via HMI
2.     Micro Bubbles are generated at 200 L/minute
3.     Ozone is added
4.     Bubble Filter removes large bubbles
Note: Small bubbles often join together to form big bubbles. Since large bubbles do not clean as well as small bubbles, Cashido uses a patented Bubble Filter to remove large bubbles and leave you with the optimum quantity of Micro Bubbles.
5.     Micro Bubbles at a size of 0.2 microns are pumped into the tank

Applications
Cashido’s Industrial Sized Micro Bubble System can be used for:
  •        Wastewater treatment – Micro Bubbles can remove toxins from wastewater and bring it to the top where it is removed with a net. This leaves users with a tank full of clean water.
  •         Food processing – Bacteria such as salmonella can be killed on meats, seafood and canned food. Micro Bubbles and ozone can reach places ordinary scrubbing cannot, such as inside oyster shells.
  •         Agriculture – Micro Bubbles can remove dirt, keep food fresh and kill bacteria such as e. coli on agricultural products.
  •        Fruit processing – A combination of Micro Bubbles and ozone can kill bacteria , remove pesticides and prolong fruit lifespan
  •                Semiconductors – Micro Bubbles and ozone can be used to clean wafers to reduce wastewater and dependence on harmful chemicals
  •                 Hot springs – A Micro Bubble system can be installed in a large hot spring or pool as a soaker option. Great for advertising.

The above applications can be powered by a Cashido-designed solar power system. Cashido possesses design, installation and education abilities and can work with the customer to create a one-of-a-kind system tailored to individual needs, then educate the user on how to properly maintain it.
